Mango Pandan Dessert Recipe

You only need 4 ingredients to make this delightful Mango-Pandan dessert. Made from fresh ripe mangoes with pandan-flavored jelly and sweetened with condensed milk.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups of water

  • 1 pouch green jelly powder (Buko pandan flavored gulaman)

  • 1 can all-purpose cream

  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a pot, add water and dissolve the jelly powder or gulaman. Mix well. Bring it to boil while stirring constantly.

  2. Remove pot from heat once it starts to boil and the jelly powder is completely dissolved.

  3. Pour into a container you prefer and let cool to set. You may place it in the fridge to fasten the process. Once ready, cut the gelatin into cubes.

  4. Slice the mangoes on each side, avoiding the pit. Run the tip of the knife through the flesh but not the skin, several times first vertically, then diagonally to create cubes. Take a spoon and scoop the flesh out of the skin. Transfer the mango cubes in a bowl.

  5. Put ice in the glass(container you use).

  6. Cut the gulaman into cubes. Put it on the glass.

  7. Add the mango. Add the condensed milk then stir it. Add some mangoes on the top for the toppings.

  8. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
