Classic Banana Bread
Are you annoyed by the buzzing creature in your bananas when it is overripe?
To prevent that from letting not happen? Baked those overripen bananas into a moist and floppy banana bread.
Isn't everybody lovin' this quick, easy recipe, are we?
I guess everybody loves this for, breakfast and snacks. With a handful of ingredients and just only a few minutes of preparation. This is a no-fail recipe favorite that turns out perfectly every time!
Ingredients
40g butter melted
40g sugar granulated
1 large banana or 3 small bananas (over-riped)
1 tbsp whole milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 whole egg
80g, 1/2 cup cake flour
1g, 1/4 tsp baking soda
2g, 1/2 tsp baking powder
Procedure
-------------------------------
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, put all the liquid ingredients. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Then add and mash the ripe bananas with a fork or masher tool until completely smooth together with all liquid ing. Set aside.
Mix in the baking soda and baking powder. Mix in the flour.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. STIR GENTLY AND JUST UNTIL THE FLOUR IS INCORPORATED. DO NOT OVER STIR.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 35 minutes to 45minutes at 350°F (175°C), or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean and bread should be golden on the outside. Cooking times may vary.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then remove the banana bread from the pan and let cool completely before serving. Slice and serve. (A bread knife helps to make slices that aren't crumbly.)

For easy removal;
Grease the loaf pan thoroughly using shortening, cooking oil, or butter. Spread it evenly on the bottom and all sides of the pan using your fingers or a folded paper towel.
Line the loaf pan with parchment paper leaving about 3 inches of paper folded over the top of the pan

Tips for Success
The batter is viscous, do not add extra liquid. You will know if it is thick already when it is sluggishly moving.
Avoid adding extra bananas, this can make the bread too dense.
As with all quick bread, do not overmix. Stir just until incorporated.
Do not overcook, or else your bread will burn. Ovens can vary so check your bread at least 10 minutes before the time is up. Cooking times may vary.
Taste even better the next day! The banana flavor is much stronger.
You can add in pecan or walnuts or chocolate chips to this banana bread recipe. This is just only optional.
