Cheesy Mashed Potato Pancake.🥔🥞
Potato pancakes are quick and easy to make and have the simplest ingredients. Sometimes the best recipes are the simplest and YES, it’s totally worth it to make mashed potatoes just to have these potato pancakes!
Ingredients:
3 medium potato
2 tbsp sugar(brown or white sugar)
3 tbsp flour(all purpose flour is ok)
cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Procedure:
1. Peel the potato. Then slice not too thick for fast cook.
2. Pour water in a steamer. Steam the potato for 25-30 mins. Don't overcook.
3. After 30 mins. take from the steamer and let it dry for a minute.
4. Add 2 tbsp sugar( brown or white sugar, depend on you)
5. Mash the potato until smooth
6. Add 3 tbsp flour. Mash until well mixed. You can use masher.
7. When the dough is well mixed, take one part depending on what shape you want it to be.
8 . Add a small amount of cheese in the center. Seal the dough completely. You can use gloves since it's a little bit sticky.
9. Turn on the stove in low heat. Put enough oil in a non-stick pan.
10. Fry pancakes when the oil is hot.
11. Fry the pancakes 3-4 minutes.
12. Done! Ready to serve. The smell of the pancake is so yummy.
